What's your favorite scary movie? : Responses from the guild members

" Hard for me to pick here but I think I will go with John Carpenter's The Thing.
It's both grotesque and stunning with its practical effects. I am sensitive to body horror so seeing a lot of transformations happen on screen freaks me out, because you can't escape the body you live in.

I also love the character dynamics within it too. Everyone's paranoia builds and it gets difficult to watch the crewmates turn on each other.

Also the atmosphere and music compliments the movie well too."
