(There should be some button that would set something in the localstorage, and would completely disappear once set. And it'd affect every page with the kcursor script. Probably not in a super destructive way, just something weird, subtle and spooky. In other words, let people get cursed!)

[It uses a url parameter to make it easy to remove even when there's not a cursor-remove button on the page. It'd be a little more evil to use local storage where it's harder to remove, so that could be for kcurser instead ]
